If the above clearance is 40mm short (should be clearance of 650mm but is 610mm) is this classed as NCS? Its only this one that is not to the MIs and there is no sign of scorching etc etc.

If it's been fitted some time then yeh NCS! I have this over a year old rule embedded, don't know why, it just seems appropriate somehow, that goes for new kitchens too

Yeah its been in approx 5 years by the look of it, but last landlord check it had no defects so just checking. Cheers

ncs AS LONG AS THERES NO SIGNS OF DISTRESS if there is AR, make sure you mark the cert ncs but NO SIGNS OF DISTRESS
