gas hob

went to have a look at a gas hob today. flame picture slightly unstable and slight impingement on 2 of the burners - injectors clean etc and supply was fine - any ideas what else?

Gas rate ok ?
Flame retention holes clogged ?

Light it and bang center of burner usually cacca poo dislodges or burns off
