Gas installer mag, Annoying, but oh well!

A few moths back I entered a couple of prize draws in the gas installer. Amazingly after checking the magazines site I found that I had won a Worcester green star system filter. Site said I would be informed of my win by email and the prize would be sent.arty:

well it has never turned up. Can't moan as it was free, but would have been nice to try one out.:disappointed:

Who was running the prize draw? Was it the mag themselves, or one of the advertisers?

You are dealing with CAPITA/GSR, no surprises there. contact them and be prepared to be fobbed off "That's not our department"
