so you have done over 50 installs and written the info on the back of *** packets and have a meeting at the weekend and you want a decent format now? the best format is the one the training provider supplies and should have been given to you 6 months ago, did it not occur to you to use their format on job no1 to ensure you have everything you need? jeezo i despair sometimes

So why hasn't your training centre not shown you how ? Doesn't sound like they are earning there money to me, Mark. What portfolio are you using ??

no m8 my training provider went into administration closing the college , didnt get any help or ideas on the format of the write up , just lost alot of money , had to go to another training provider n pay more money to complete my course , iv got meeting with them this weekend which i only got told about today , got all relevant info on each job iv done n jus wanted some good advive / help with the format of write up , someone actually advised me to come on this forum n ask for for help / advice as ther was a lot of decent helpful lads on here !!!

No, you pay all that money & have to do some work ? surly not, they just give it to you don't they Kirk !!! It just never ceases to amaze does it no matter how many times you tell'em, show'em or poke'em & it doesn't get any better with age it would see.

Just tell them stage by stage what you did on the job (gas wise) they only
want to know about the gas bits, not how you connected the flow and return.

And remember safety is key!

thanks m8 , yeah spoke to someone else today who gave me pretty much the same advice, was goin too much round the world with my write up , cheers pal

thanks for the advice again dtg , presented my portfolio today and has been excepted, im going in to take my ccn1,cpa1,cenwat and met1 on 24th at vokera , ta m8 , think you the only 1 who never give me a snotty comment ,
