gas safe card

retook my acs a few wks before it ran out . the wk after i tried to register an install and could not online it said i was not registered i paid the full year in march and retook acs in aug . phoned gas safe and was told its because my card as expired and needs renewing to march - i was expecting i would have to pay for a new card as many have mentioned on here but the lady on the other end said not to worry she will send me a new one . it come and i have not been charged . have gas safe listened to what engineers say

i just doctor'd my bus pass and put a gas safe logo on it, job done.........anything to save a few pounds.

joking aside i did think that the card was updated for free, unless you alter your details in the middle if the year?

I believe a new card is £15 to show additional quals.
I'll just wait for my renewal.
