gas safe loophole

somethink i had heard in plumbfix decided not to put it on hear but heard a bloke chatting

I gave Gas safe my NI number and they told me what quals I had before I registered which was today, reason being as I wanted to know if my new quals had processed yet, so I'm guessing they wouldnt register you if they checked your NI and didnt see any qualifications.

what is it that you are meaning ? that the company has registered with gas safe but hasn't got any ACS qualified engineers on their books ?

yep so i heard him saying dont no him tho just wonder how tho cos of all you have to go thro also i paid out nearly £8000 for mine
