I am submitting a quote to do the m&e for an extension to a house, kitchen enlarged, study and toliet, approx 5x8 in total.
The usual chap who does the gas work for me is unable to take this on and I need to hook up with someone in the south croydon area who would be willing to help out.
Catch is I need to submit the quote by the end of the week.
What I need is:
1) the existing floor standing boiler to be removed and a new one hung on the opposite wall. The pipes also need to be connected to the new position. Currently they pass over the new location but need t obe raised into the new ceiling void at the same time.
2) system flushed and commissioned.
3) 2 rads and one towel rail fitted.
4) some current outside waste pipes to be relocated to meet the new soil stack.
I would guess about a 5-7 days work in total.
