i recently passed my acs but im working for a gse, so nbot planning on registering to the gsr myself can i still have access to the gas safe only forum ? i am "competent" my asessor said so !!

really !! guess that will be a no for me aswell then, nevermind i'll live with the "normal" folk a while longer till i register myself, but it will be a while no point if im working for someone imho.

I think it's a good idea to contribute to the forum before being granted access. On the flip side, I think if someone has requested permission then their request should be acknowledged even it it's a 'bugger off until you've posted a bit more' kind of response.

Not responding to people at all leaves them wondering what they may have done wrong.

In a way yes. You can discuss thing in there that you can't on the open forum for obvious reasons

Not admin, just a regular. The guys with the blue names are mods and the red ones (dave and dan) are admin. You can see it on the main page but won't be able to access it. You need a certain amount of posts and proof of gas safe registration to get in. Once in you can discuss things like how to fix some obscure problem on a boiler. You need to contact dave or dan to get in.

clearly they have nothing better to do on the other foums then sit waiting by theres pcs . an old saying quality not quantity . ive already said it isnt just about been gsr . by the way some are thinkning witch sounds to me like if you come on make 1 post then apply we should let you in. before getting to know you

you can apply for plumbers arms and gas safe forum, lets us talk about things away from public view. I always post my gas related questions in that forum, as said before the more you contribute to the forum and apply you will get in, there is info on what information they require to let you in
