had a leaflet with my registration renewal saying I could get the unsafe situation book for £9.99 plus delivery - ordered today and come home and logged on to check when its being delivered to find I have been charged the non discounted price and delivery £4 for a little book . beware

Don't they ever stop trying to catch us out for money, got this last year, you still have to pay for updates, cant see why we don't get one with renewal !! Sorry I was dreaming then, woke up now to the real world.

I agree but then we would not phone to ask questions if they gave use them in a book and they would not make the money on the premium lines

no mate on some situations it says refer to tb then number which is no good if you don't carry them in the van on a laptop
