You would think with all the money they rob from us including registration fees and registering new appliances they could have put together a decent website!
Every time I log into it I end up getting annoyed with it. Why is it so difficult to notify a new appliance!
Just spent about 10 mins writing in all the boiler details and my card gets declined, I rang the bank and they said it's not my card, must be the website. The last time I used it to register 3 new boilers I was on there for over an hour.
