Gas safe week

My daughter came home with one of these keys last week, anybody know what they are for, only plastic, not big enough or correct shape for gas door, to soft for bleed key, any body got any other options for there use!

Burglered if I know, i've still got a bag full of them and even my local recycling centre won't accept them on the grounds that they should be classed as 'controlled waste' and shipped clandestinely to the Phillipines.
