Morning lads, after a long time in the makeing I have at long last done my acs training, passed the mountain of exams, passes and joined the gs register 582385. Feel very proud of this achievement, the only time I have been more proud is with the birth of my son to be honest

Well done Tommy now the learning begins oh and the £50k a year we all make helps[emoji6]

Thanks buddy. That's what the centre owners say lol kinda like learning to drive. I am self employed but have good support round me. Need to start clawing back some of this money lol got a full install booked for next week

Well done, but that £50k is only the first year, you will have to employ people to diversify your profits from around year 2, MINTED! (I am almost 50 and not sure if minted is still a term used if not at least I know what I meant!) also for those unscrupulous chaps reading this.. I do not earn half as much as I have made out and can just about pay myself the minimum wage so don't bother trying to rob me, we would both be disappointed.

Congratulations! Im almost there as well just porfolio to finish. Already few holidays booked including bahamas travel agents recognised my inevetable jump to six figure sum income so didnt ask for any money upfront. The sweet joys of the GS club.

P.S Apprently GSR Forum is ripe with freebies! Cant wait!

You sure it was Bahamas you have booked and not Fantasy Island ?? :boat:

Joys they have just booked my probation inspection. I am looking forward to this like a punch in the face

I wouldn't worry too much about it mate. Can't speak for your inspector but the chap round our way is very good.

They want to make sure you know your way round your tools, what to use where, and that you are covering all your mandatory checks.

Make sure you have all the correct labels and paperwork with you, and also make sure you have your Viper book or whatever training manual you used.

If you don't know that answer to something they ask you, you can always say you will look it up, and do it there and then if needs be.

They answered any questions I had, he understood that I was nervous, and some stuff will slip out of your mind, he just give me a gentle nudge.

Most of them a have been in the trade a long time, and I can imagine could spot a chancer a mile off.
