there are a number of different designs/versions of gas safety certs. The landlord one will have the min amount of information needed as required by the regs/law for a landlords annual check. You can design the cert however you want as long as the required information is on it.

i like the ones which can be used as a landlord cert but have a space for you to write what work you have done.
