hi guys

In future I would like to install a gas test like a T fitting does anyone know where to get those fittings? An old mate has told me it would be a good practice.

Thanks
Ron

you can get 15mm or 22mm isolation valves with built in test nipples at a reasonable price.

I have stated useing 15mm from screwfix for hobs. They look a bit restrictive though

that's even better! never seen them before. do any merchants stock them?

I think city's do and Williams but not 100% as I get mine from bes also next day delivery etc

Is this for air testing before gas is available on site? And air testing before corrosion protection? The gas isolating valve from screwfix with test nipple seems a good idea. I have tried the 3 way test tees with hand pump but had trouble with them leaking back through the bellows on the hand pump.
