Anyone know what qualifications you need to work for the gas transporter?

I'm guessing it depends if you are just working outside on the mains or going to emergencies in peoples properties?

I went to service a guys boiler today and he worked for wales & west utilities (they are the gas transporter by me) and he said you need an outside gas escape qualification.

Well today we done cscs..nowt special!I know met 4 is in there and some more I can't remember!
There is an emergency ticket tho!
A lot of the engineers who work there now don't even have ccn1
