Does anyone know of a Fan Flued gas water heater which is smaller than a Main FF water heater, to go under a kitchen worktop preferably. At the moment they have a Main BF and the square flue is right below the window cill with a metal flap/plate to deflect heat but MI say 1500mm below opening

Looked at Ariston Next 14 but requires 300mm below and 350mm above appliance so no good
 
Vokera make a water heater, perhaps they have better flue options for it, like a twin pipe system.
 
Do they have another boiler for heating ? if so may be a good opportunity to replace both & fit a new combi,
