Gas work inspection appointment

Received an email from gas safe last week to arrange an appointment with me, they want to visit 3 X address's to inspect my work. In 22 odd years I've never had any kind of inspection, is this the norm or is there an ulterior motive to this? I'm quite disciplined with working to regs so I don't think I've done anything wrong.

Had mine yesterday
They want to look at your paperwork and record keeping - business audit
Ask you some questions and get you to demonstrate safe working practices.

Mine was fine and the guy was friendly and helpful
It's worth spending a few hours getting everything in order and having a look through your books to refresh your memory

Had mine a couple of weeks back, they are aiming to do a visit every 3 years this was my 3td in just over 5 years, just take them to one job, tell them you couldn't get any one else to be at home.
