Hi Guys
First time poster so go easy!! I'm after some advice please. I'm looking to get into the a trade as I really want to do something hands on and the one that really jumps out at me is plumbing (don't ask me why mind you!).
I currently work in customer services / account management roll and being stuck behind a desk is driving me crazy! I've just signed up to a basic plumbing course at the local college and I'm hoping that this will set me on my way to getting into the industry.
I was hoping some of you may be able to direct me in the right direction of where to go after the course is done (its a 10 week basic). Obviously I've got bills to pay etc, but would it be worthwile trying to get myself a job as an assistant maybe?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
