Glow worm 15 hxi open vent PCB?

Hi all very little to no knowledge of these but the customer has no power to display.
I opened up, there is power to board, using volt pen no power to smaller control board.

I'm no expert so was wondering if there are any glow worm experienced peeps out there to advice on if this is likely to be a board or something like unplug fan and it comes back to life jobbie?

Normally the main board, very common. Can't remember the positive check but of you phone glowworm (you'll need a multimeter) they can tell you the checks, 5 min job

J13 to earth I believe if memory serves

Also try unplugging everything on the low voltage side in turn as a faulty fan etc can cause a blank display

J13 to earth was correct and board was fried. Thanks for all the advice guys! Much appreciated as always !
