Have been to see the above today. Have tried disconnecting thermistors overheat fan and gas valve and have tested resistance and continuity of the loom. The fault persists is there anything anyone out there knows causes this or causes the PCB to fail with this error. Disconnecting the fan caused the board to emit a high pitched whistle like faulty capacitors can make. No signs of charing on the board and it is bone dry. Disconnecting the other components caused the error message to change to an f# relating to that component. When the loom is all connected it reverts to f13 which is suppose to indicate connection or loom fault.

Think that if all connections to PCB are in good condition then F13 is main board gone. Although have had this if APS stays made, sort of self checks itself before starting fan.

Something might have taken board out, so maybe check component resistance before putting new board on.

yes will do as that is always my biggest concern. no APS on this though its an ultracom. The version before they implemented the chock block box that slots in from the bottom. 2007-2010 I think.

Yeah sorry just reread it. Had the F13 on a 24CI when it was APS. I'm sure F13 is board though if harness and plugs all ok

For anyone who comes across this thread at a later date. In this instance the f13 fault was resolved by replacing the main PCB.
