Glow worm 24ci not filling up

Hi guys, apparently the filling loop on glow worms are prone to fail. Has anyone come across this? What's the remedy? Any help would be much appreciated . Cheers

Yep changed a few awful design, you can change it, don't guess price they are £50-60!! Robbing gits, or buy a loop and cut it in below the boiler if you have room...

agree same here cheaper to fit external loop .
