Glow worm 24ci not working

Hi there, we have a glow worn 24ci boiler which won't kick in, keeps flashing 0.4 with a red light above. Have tried to Google it to see how to re-pressurise but nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Your looking for a silver flexi hose with one or two valves

There is no silver flexi hose anywhere on this unit, attached pic showing underneath and what is there.

there will be somewhere follow the 2 22 mm pipes flow and return it should be on the return linking cold water pipe to return a silver braided hose with either 1 or 2 valves

Have had a good look and can't find any flexi hose with valves, any other possibilities?

There will end one somewhere, try in a cupboard or in where the airing cupboard is.
