The above pcb is always listed as supplied with TPO. What is a TPO? What function does it serve?

I dont actually know, I had hoped someone could tell me or might have an idea.
From the images I have seen I believe it is the seperate part on the left in the attached image. That is based on my assumption alone. Just like to know what the initials stand for and what purpose the part serves. Thermal protection something?

Dunno....but it has me reading the instructions wondering wtf I'm supposed to do with the extra bit which adds on 20mins to the job!! Fitted a fair few of them.and never needed the extra bit!

Looks a bit like the suppressor kit you can get for between S/L and N on the WB's which stops stray voltage on orange wire from 3 port?

It is indeed stray voltage supression According to glow worm tech only needed on y plan / 3 port systems which can sometimes cause stray voltage apparently. Its just a capacitor that is placed in parallel across the switched live and the neutral on the boiler.

Does anyone know the value (not price lol) of this capacitor?
I'm inclined to visit Maplin's and buy a couple for stock.

There will be a combination of diodes and capacitors in one, but will probably be an of the shelf item

The Worcester ones are part number : 8-716-109-275-0

I have used them on Suprimas as well, as the stray voltage can pop the board. Had one that kept coming back from a solid red light, non resettable. The lads changed everything, rebuilt boiler and changed 3 port. Boss finally paid for manufacturer visit, who identified the Grunny Alpha pump at fault and fitted this suppressor between PL and N. Never came back.

Surprisingly Grundfos didn't acknowledge a problem with this pump, only the UPS2. Since heard of this fault with other Suprimas.
