I have glow worm 24c combi boiler. The hot water flow rate is next to nothing, at all outlets. Mains water pressure is good. One other problem was the rads getting hot when hot water only.
Thinking this must be caused by the diverter valve not working correctly and that the dhw heat exchanger must be blocked, I changed both parts. It hasn’t cured either fault
