Glow worm combi boiler - HW is working, CH isn't coming on, Radiator icon is flashing?

My heating isn't coming on, the boiler is working but the radiator icon is flashing. It is a new glow worm combi. How do I stop the radiator icon from flashing so the central heating starts? Thank you.

Have you got your room thermostat turned up? The flashing usually indicates anti-cycling. Also check the boiler radiator dial/temp is turned up

Thanks for replying. Yes they are both turned up. Ive had it a year. No problems until I switched the heating off for the summer. I had it serviced a few months ago.

Do you have a battery powered stat. Could be those ??

Is the stat paired with the receiver so when the heating is active is there a green light on the reciever ?? Radiator icon on the boiler lets you know its in a heating mode so thats ok .
