I have a Glow Worm Ultimate 50FF that has pump over run after the timer switches off. It is a sealed megaflow system. It started a couple of weeks ago.
There is a brand new single fused pcb in it. All the stats are working and call correctly and valves open & close correctly. Everything else appears to be OK!!
Even if I remove the timing control panel, the pump still runs on.
Does anyone have any thoughts please.
(Can a sticking microswitch in an actuator valve cause this problem??)
Engineer/we solved the problem.
Failed microswitch on H/W actuator valve. This keeps power to boiler.
Job sorted.
