One of my guys installed a Glow worm ultracom 2 in a flat just over 2 years ago. Everything has been fine until last Friday when I get a call saying water was pouring out the bottom of boiler. Had one of my other guys go look at it and he said water had stopped but when he topped it up water came out of the sani block (the plastic block where the filling valve is). Obviously needed new part. Called Glow worm to book engineers visit which he came today and engineer topped pressure up and no leak. He reckons leak was from overflowing rainwater gutter down flue. For the amount of rainwater needed to cause so much water leak and go through to flat below you'd need a hose pipe up the flue. Plus the fact it wasn't raining when all this started.

Call out for first guy £150

Call out to fix said split sani block by Glow worm (vaillant) £300

Can anyone help me here
