gloworm betacom30c hot water flow temp varies

Hot water flow and temp varies especially in thermo shower
Think it goes back to not being flushed after installation 2 years ago
Have flushed with mains pressure and F3 left in for month,with little to no improvement
System is microbore and scale block fitted on cold inlet
Am intending to remove main heat exchanger to clean manually
Am I on the right track ?

Is it only on the shower,if so could be the shower,if flow being restricted as well, how long has this been happening ?>

Its not only the shower
On sinks and bath the temperature keeps varying and sometimes boiler shuts off.Doesn't seem to matter where the dial is on boiler.
Although for shower it has to be on high for any reasonable temp

Will keep a closer eye on replies
