Hi Guys, been asked to service the above (not been done for a few years from the sound on it) customer tells me that he has warm water when the heatings off and hot water when the heatings on and that the DHW flow is poor, first thoughts are that the diverter valve is faulty/stuck and will require replacement and possibly heat exchanger clogged, any other thoughts? Last one of these I serviced was easy enough but havent changed the diverter valve on one; easy? hard?

cheers

also is there any need to replace the full housing or can i just replace the valve/pin ? looking at M.I. seems to be just the pin but thoughts would be appreciated

thanks

Did you get anywhere on this?? Have a similar problem on compact 80e and am looking to check the gas valve and pcb.
