Is it still possible to buy heat exchanges for these boilers, if so, were from, been working on one this morning thats leaking from the joints between the 3 cast iron slices, he doesnt want to replace the boiler and TBH i dont blame him.

Yup, just checked my laptop, checked the 120, pn 2000800762 or gc E00994 we price it at £895!!! (BG), new boiler mate

Can u not buy the gaskets that go in-between the cast iron sections?

Similar to baxi 401 back boiler set up maybe?

Phone glowworm 2moro and ask them. If it needs a new h/e at 900quid the cust must be bonkers if he wants it repaired and not replaced

get internal leak sealer,advice him it will need adding each year

I would be worrid that the cast may have corroded, but it would be worth a try, thanks. IMO its the best boiler that anyone made, untill Halstead got thier hands on it.
