I fitted a saunier isofast in my rental house and powerflushed magna clean etc after a year the boiler blows it water out i have to take off the flexible pipe to the expansion vessel and push some solder down it to unblock it though i would let people know incase anyone comes across same fault can be checked by de pressurising boiler and try to pressure up the expansion vessel if water pressure doesn't rise then blocked pipe usually at diverter end.
