I darent attempt it today as if I break it they have no heat or hot water its a intermittent fault which can be reset. Regards kop

The fixing pins / one way things ?

Small pair of pointy pliers

I tried that Shaun started to pull plug base off the board, Ive ordered a reconditioned board as a last resort if i bust it , they need a new boiler but no funds ☹️ . Cheers kop

Do you mean the connector ?

Yea they get stuck only thing I can suggest is hold the connector at the bottom and wiggle the plug out

The plugs are held in by a plastic loop on the socket, prize back gently and pull plug to release.

Or just wreck them by bending them back like this PCB....

Cheers for the heads up bud 👍I've done a bit more work on this one I'm not comfortable attempting it till I've got a back up board this fault could be thermistor or a PCB fault so both will get swapped . 😉 Kop
