Boiler not firing up on demand there is 1 neon light on went through the checks to test if there was 240v and ok tested the fan and there was a ohms resistance of 65 ohms turned on the demand and checked if there was 240v at the fan and it was 0 checked back at the board and it was 0 on the board did a beep test on the harness and the harness was ok i am assuming the board needs replacing Would appreciate any advice

Have you checked the overheat stat and the temprature stat

i have checked the manual overheat stat but not checked the temperature stat

Is the pump running?

yes the pump was running

Have you checked the fuse(s) on the PCB, if I remember rightly there are 2 different boards available for the Ultimate FF, one has a single fuse while the other has 2 fuses. Also check that the air pressure switch is not stuck open as I have known it to do so a couple of times, when it does it will not start the ignition sequence. hope this helps,
