fitted quite a few of these a few years ago - but had constant problems with one loosing pressure over a few wks just thought it was old pipework - the property was being modernised so was called to move boiler over by few feet for kitchen units . moved and replaced quite a bit of pipework that was old. that was 4 wks ago got a call yesterday as boiler lost pressure very quick and would not top up. had a quick look and found as soon as filling loop was turned on it come out of condense full bore also gas valve was stuck open so gas was gushing out of flue. called glowworm as its got 5 years warranty - new main heat exch / fan and gas valve on order by them to fit.never seen one of these heat exchangers go before
