Hiya. Im so glad Ive found you guys! Im currently a tenant in a flat with a Vortex Combi 21 boiler in my Kitchen. Ive nearly completed 6 months and in that time 4 times Ive had to call the boiler man in to fix it. Basically the Low Water Presure gauge flashed and I would then have no hot water or heating. The boiler guy has come back sorted it and then the latest is he now needs to get a new part.....i believe it is less then 2 years old.
I have a couple Questions:
Why would Low Presure Keep happening?
Upstairs Flat has their Combi outside. Mine isent. Boiler said it should be outside?
When the heating and water go off there is a clunking noise that lasts over an hour where the pipes and pump feed out of?
I would appreciate some advice as its been a head banger these last few months. Im of mind to get my own contractor in and invoice my landlord. Ive asked for a copy of the boiler certificate....which i still have not received.
Many Thanks Guys ☺

Theres a leak somewhere or a problem with the internals of the boiler.
