Hi all,

I suspect the answer is no, but had a landlord ask me whether he can get a grant for a new electric boiler with stored hot water (off-peak type) in his tenanted flat. The tenant is on benefits I believe.

I have no clue so would appreciate any advice! Obviously I would want to do the work which may make it harder!
