gravity hot mains cold blenders

Evening all, I have been asked to supply blending valves for a system.
Cold is mains pressure 3 bar ish
Hot is tank fed 0.4 bar ish

Not interested in individual or entire mains pressure reduction vessels - for various reasons, so dont fret about that suggestion !!

Has anyone ever come across any of these, or had any experience with a particular model ( if they exist )

Only thing I can think of is fit one of these first Equilibreur de pression Type TWINBAR - RACCORDS SERVICES © then fit the blender
