gravity hot water on a single system

hi all
i was called to sort out a no hot water problem gravity fed pumped c/h some one (not me) fitted a new pump now no hot water i suspected a air lock tried to clear but no, any ideas been too long on gas not plumbing any more cheers

see if the header tank has run dry on the heating this will effect the gravity circuit and stop the water heating

Spot on first port of a call and crackin advice my friend (gas man)

Check the pump speed. If set too high it can stop the gravity circuit if it has a low circulation head.
Other than that, check the system is full or airlocks at the coil.
