heating working fine on pump but cant get cylinder to heat up for hot water which is gravity

just to confirm there are 4 pipes from the boiler?
2 28mm pipes to the hot water cylinder yes?

the boiler is working no problem, what is left?
blockage or air lock on the gravity circs
 
no i hav`nt been to check will check tom thanks but i drained the system down to fit new rads and it filled back up because i bleed all the rads
