Got an old myson heat only boiler to swap soon and convert to fully pumped.
Company I used to work for always used to swap the cylinder on fully pumped conversions. Is there a reason behind this or just something they did?
I would prefer to not swap the cylinder aswell if there is no reason to.

Hope that makes sense.

That's what I thought. I think they just changed them for efficiency reasons.

And prob to have no issues afterwards was ok until you installed the new boiler :D
