Hey all,

does anyone know which way these diaphragms go in relation the the bottom? I was called out to a neglected one and a big gas leak around the mixer. I unscrewed it (eventually) and the diaphrgm was split and bent upwards.

I did find it hard to unscrew but also to screw back on. I need to order a new one but was wondering what position it should sit with regards to the holes in the bottom and could this cause a seepage of gas if misaligned? Sorry never seen one of these boilers so not sure if im asking an obvious one here!

as always thanks for any help or advice
