just finished a refurb of a bathroom, has a grohe pneumatic concealed cistern installed around 13 years ago. Before refit water was leaking into bowl, after installation of complete new dual flush valve, water still leaking into bowl, air push button also replaced. Valve sits on a type of cage which has a o ring (no moving parts) could this need replacing? 100% frustrating
many thanks

I have had a grohe cistern in the past, I also changed the inners. I contacted Grohe after two replacement each only lasting a few weeks, only to be told that the cisterns can warp. That might be your problem. Mine is now sorted and been as good as gold.
