I have central heating with both the flow and return pipes on the same side on top and bottom respectively.First floor radiators are evenly hot but the ground floor radiators are hot at top and warm at bottom. What should be checked?Pump speed is at 2.

Sounds like it could be a balancing issue. If you shut the upstairs rads down do the ground floor rads get hot top to bottom?
