Grout lines too bright after grouting, how to fix this?

Hello,

after tiling the kitchen area I did grouting but I am not happy with the results. The grout lines are too bright, almost white. Although I used almost dry sponge to wipe off the excess grout (with special rollers so I can get the water out), it seems that I managed to wash off pigments in the grout. I concluded this by taking a look on area on the edges where I somehow washed less so the color is not that bright. The grout is from german company called Schomburg (Crystal Plus).
I guess there is not much to do except take out all of the grout lines and grout again. I am not going to do this as a beginner, since I believe the results will look even worse (not sure if I can take out the grouts properly). I did the grouting yesterday (less than day ago).
Is there any other solution? Can the grout lines be painted or would it be possible to grout again (although
I just can not believe that companies in modern times can not produce grout which would be less sensitive to water and not lose all of pigment just because the user did a little bit of overwashing.
