grundos water pump staying on

hi i recently replaced the domestic water pump it supplies hpt and cold water to an ensuite it worked for 6 months now it continues to run even if no water is on .this means i need to turn off power to it to have it shut down -any suggestion s? bob

Perhaps it has already been fiddled with and bounced by Grundfos, hence the OP...
