only my labour and workmanship is guaranteed 24 months, if there are faulty materials involved thats down to my merchant to replace and pay me to do it.

Thats interesting, ever had faulty materials? And how did you go about getting the manufacturer to pay for your work and replace the faulty item?

I only asked this question because I think a guarantee would show confidence in your work.

Do you write your guarantee on the invoice?

i gurantee that if i get paid, they get to keep the goods and eat their tea.

incidently, i have been asked what is the gntee, for a bath re-fit on insurance the other week.
thought it was strange 'q' and on my backfoot said 'it will be done properly, tehe.

I guarantee most of my work 12 months parts and labour, including drain clearance providing I am confident there isnt a problem :D
