Pat Jennings played mostly for the Spurs (a goal keeper so wouldn't have scored many, but did clock up a penalty or two, I think, and if I remember correctly his famous long kick did once actually go straight into the opposition's goal, but I may be wrong on that one).

He was also an N. Ireland international with many caps and he may even have captained them, but I'm getting old and I might be wrong on that one too. I'm sure someone will politely correct me if I'm wrong.
