We have a Halstead Ace High Boiler which has given us plenty of problems, I have solved most in the past. One replacement PCB, and I have recharged the pressure vessel as well. However, now we have a new problem! The boiler gives Hot Water once, but then won't fire again within an hour or so. I can cheat it back into life if I connect the loop and give a little extra water (At first I thought the pressure was too low for it to fire) - would this be a diaphram problem? Seems to be fine as long as you run it once and leave it, and as long as you don't call hot water again for a while.
