Halstead finest gold combi-boiler

Good afternoon all, just had a phone call about a Halstead finest gold combi-boiler with a problem firing up don't no a lot about theses boilers and to be fair never come across one apparently it tries to fire up after a few attempts it lockes out could this be a gas valve problem or flow switch issue ?
