Hi

Two weeks ago I turned the hot water tap on and heard a clanging noise like a wheelie bin being dragged, the water went cold and boiler in the loft flashing 2. I turned it off and on again and it worked ok. Until a week later did the same thing again - I turned it off and on again it took a few tried this time but worked ok until today when I turned the heating on.

I am trying to reset it but not having any luck. The engineer is due to come out in the morning but I have no heating or hot water and it flashes a big zero when I try to do anything. It sometimes clanks inside when I put it in to tool mode and fires up for more than 3 seconds before going off again, is this air? Thanks!
